All boats and pontoons manufactured by Watercraft are warranted to the boat's original owner for a period of five years from the date of purchase against fibreglass Hulls and Decks, three years against workmanship in the tubes, 12 months on all accessories and fittings, a 5 Year Guarantee on Tubes against all welded seams as well as normal supplier warranties on all defects in materials used with the following stipulations: Factory attached accessories will be repaired or replaced at Watercrafts option. The customer is responsible for shipping and handling to and from Watercrafts plant or an authorised repair station. This warranty is void if the boat is structurally altered, used commercially, or subjected to stress beyond the physical limits of the fabric and accessories. This warranty does not cover abrasion and abnormal use. Watercraft is not liable for any injury or mishap sustained by the use of this product. The user of this product acknowledges and waives any and all claims against Watercraft and any of its agents.
